APPLYING  7 TONES

In this exercise we need to apply at least 9 tones of colour that we choose into the artwork using maximum 3 colours of our choice

We also need to draw any character that we desire than put in the 7 tone of colours that we choose

COLOUR STUDY-WARM AND COOL COLOURS

WARM AND COOL COLOURS

1. Warm colors are often said to be hues from red through yellow, browns and tans included; cool colors are often said to be the hues from blue green through blue violet, most grays included.
   
   
   Warm colours in colour wheel: Yellow, yellow green, yellow orange, orange, red orange and red
   
   
   Cool colours: Red purple, purple, Blue purple, blue, blue green and green

We have to draw our favourite anime or cartoon character but i decided to draw my oc, then paint it with warm and cold colours

I use most of it, the warm colours and around two cold colours

TINTS AND TONES

COLOUR TINT -In color theory, a tint is the mixture of a color with white, which increases lightness.

         We have to use the primary colour in this exercise which is yellow
         red and blue.Going to the right, reduce the usage of white paint

COLOUR TONE-A tone is produced either by the mixture of a color with gray, or by both tinting and shading.

We have to draw an artwork based on the movie that we have chosen.
This final project has 3 process:

 FIRST PROCESS

Write the synopsis or maybe about the character of the movie
Then, list 5 key elements from the movie.

After that , i type it..


We have to do thumbnail sketches based on the movie that we have choose, combine the 5 main elements of the movie into the sketches, minimum 6 thumbnail sketches.

Next, we have to transfer our drawing into the A2 size paper,
with 3cm frame from each side, After finish sketching it we have to apply the suitable degree of lightness and darkness into the drawing, we can use any technique of shading that we prefer

I use Smudging technique for my artwork

using pencil ranging from 2B to 8B

After finishing the Artwork

Frame the artwork using the mounting board

using the 3cm measurement as the frame

After that paste the synopsis of the story and thumbnail sketches

on the back of the drawing.

STEPS TAKEN:

1. All the steps was just simple and repeating step

2. Place the picture,crop and then drop shadow then blend it

3. Every new picture that is place, do it on a new layer

4. Same picture in the poster like the butterfly, after cropping, just copy and paste on a new layer

WE HAVE TO MAKE TWO MAGAZINE COVER ONE FOR COMMERCIAL MAGAZINE, ONE BASED ON THE COURSE THAT WE'VE TAKEN.

STEPS TAKEN:

1. First , set the art board, set up the bleed line and trim line and the works pace
2.Then open the second layer. Create the template for the magazine inside the work space, by using         the rectangle tool (Heading, sub-heading,.....)
3. Type in the words that you want inside the template that you have created
4. Add anything and type anything that you desire inside the template (add barcode,.....)
5. The finish product

and the second magazine cover also used the same steps

STEPS TAKEN:

1. First, set up the art board
2. Then, open the second layer, work on that layer. Lock the first layer
3. Start typing anything and adjust it accordingly ; using whatever colors, fonts and size.
4. Open up the third layer, and use it as background by filling up color and stuff, lock the third layer
5. Complete the picture with words
6. The finish product
